(January 27, 2017, 10:13 am)Erhan Usta and his paste desserts are legendary. Very well balanced sugar in pistachio and almond pastes.(Except Wallnut pastes) He has a small atelier at the back of his shop. All desserts handmade.

(January 28, 2016, 6:04 pm)Great great walnut and traditional almond paste! Go, taste and meet Enver Usta to see how a landmark can come out of a 40sqm. shop (İzmir's old bazaar is no less fun compared to İstanbul's.)
